  • Coaching: As part of our Sales Training we also provide one-on-one coaching customized to the need of the individual.
  • Communication Skills Training: Not knowing how to hold people accountable and having difficult conversations without loosing all in the process can cost companies millions. We help train your management and staff to do it right.
  • Outsourced Sales Management: When a company might not be to employ a full-time V.P of Sales, we undertake this function on an interim/selective basis.
  • Outsourced Marketing Services: For a number of our key clients we are able to offer a complete out-sourced marketing service.
  • Recruitment: Hiring and training sales and sales management personnel who know how to sell or who have the potential to be trained.

  • We use a "no pressure" approach to our consulting and training and typically a short phone conversation with the decision maker will help determine if it makes sense to schedual a face-to-face meeting.
