I too have made the choice to transition from a corporate office to my &quot;own&quot; office and as a results have missed the stimulating dynamics of a team. I have found however that I am not alone in this seeking to fill the gap. In fact as a result of it I am observing the development of a new business culture. One of strategic alliance, interdependance and collaboration, which is exciting, encouraging and I believe the way of the future. Keep up the good work Tim, I look forward to your next insight.</description>
