Tim’s experience in business draws on nearly 3 decades of corporate success – learning from both the good and the bad!
He was President of Polygram Records in 3 different countries and also as Group Managing Director ran a group of 3 food companies now a part of Cadbury Schweppes. As CEO of a Canadian construction start-up Tim used his entrepreneurial skills to take this niche player to become the North American leader in a competitive and over-crowded market.
Tim Rooney has a proven ability to help businesses grow their people accelerate their sales growth and build more sustainable organizations. He strongly believes that given the right environment, ordinary people can do extraordinary things providing they are given the right training and support to develop their skills. Tim’s early work experience as a social worker in Africa adds to his rich background & experience.
His clients enjoy his refreshing sense of humour, engaging speaking style & a down to earth common sense approach to business. His rich stories and anecdotes of the values, principles and life lessons learned in business captivate both intimate and larger audiences.
When he’s not busy coaching Tim’s hands are full with family; he has a wife and three daughters. He is also a keen golfer & loves to share a good bottle of wine with close friends.

Andrew Bodis brings an entrepreneurial mind and a passion for innovation and technology to RE&P. Clients appreciate that he’s skilled at visualizing the big picture and can translate their needs into real action.
With over a decade of design experience and great skills in web/digital programming and systems planning, Andrew is an effective evaluator of technology trends. He helps clients navigate the world of what he calls “mechanics” to find the tools that can help them create new revenue streams and increase market share.
Andrew relaxes and re-energizes by getting away from the world of screens and onto the soccer field. He’s also a lifelong fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and often wonders if they’ll ever achieve the vision he has for them.
